about

"Moon Meets Mourning Star" is the second song written for the album back in the winter of 2012. This track and "Borealis," were the only two songs fully written before 2013 when the project was stricken with extreme writer's block. The title comes from another play on an "Astronomy Picture of the Day" highlighting the movement of our moon along with Venus and the sun in the early morning.
